ENGR. AQUILINO A. TUBIGAN, JR.

MOST OUTSTANDING ACHIEVER AND INVENTOR IN THE FIELD OF ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING

Engr. Aquilino A. Tubigan, Jr. holds an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering both from FEATI University (years 1985-1988 and 1988-1990 respectively). He also received a full scholarship grant in 2001 to the College of Law at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (units). He also holds various vocational and trade skills certificates.

He passed the Board Examinations on Electronics and Communications Engineers of the Philippines; the Career Service Professional Examination and TESDA’s Computer Technician Course.

He had worked for various companies here and abroad; also as a classroom instructor at Dr. Lanting College and a cellphone instructor at RxTx Technical Training Center.

Using his knowledge, expertise and innovative thinking in electronics and communications technology, Engr. Tubigan would make his mark not only here but in the international scene. In 2008, Engr. Tubigan won the GOLD MEDAL for his invention called i-charj at the INPEX (Inventors New Product & Exposition) held at Pennsylvania, USA in the telecommunications category. Presently, Engr. Tubigan is the proprietor/inventor of XCELLCOMMS since 2006. He is also a Born-Again Christian.
